OUR FIRM
Since 2003, we have focused on designing spaces that matter—spaces that spark creativity, unite community, and empower the people who use them.
We’re on a mission to deliver architectural excellence.
We prioritize communication and collaboration, ensuring every project is designed to meet the needs and aspirations of those who will use it.
WHERE DESIGN MEETS HUMAN CONNECTION.
Great architecture starts with listening. We design and build spaces that reflect your needs, vision, and the moments that bring people together.
Every Space We Design Starts With A Strong Process.
HOW WE DO IT
At Young + Wright, our approach is simple: communicate, collaborate, and create. We invest in people—our team, our clients, and the communities we serve. By adapting to trends, technology, and policies, we empower our team to grow and succeed in their roles. Along the way, we approach every project with integrity, respect, and a focus on meaningful communication. Our designs are more than just spaces—they’re opportunities to help clients achieve their goals while fostering a sense of community + pride.
It’s Not Just What We Do.
It’s Who We Are.
At Young + Wright, our culture is more than just a buzzword. It’s about rolling up our sleeves, showing up for each other, and never losing sight of why we do what we do. Our team isn’t just made up of talented architects and designers; it’s made up of real people with diverse skill sets who genuinely care. We collaborate, laugh, and push each other to be better every day—because when our team thrives, so do our clients.
OUR CULTURE
SIXTEEN YEARS. FOUR BUSSES.
Jerry Young’s Final
Bills Bus
Bills Mafia, it’s here. After 16 years, 4 busses, and countless tailgates, Jerry Young is revealing his final Bills Bus transformation, just in time for the final season hosted at the Highmark Stadium, or more widely known as “The Ralph.”
For over 20 years, Jerry has hosted tailgates for family, friends, Young + Wright staff, and clients, turning every Sunday into a Buffalo holiday. Featured on Buffalo Bills socials, Buffalo Business First articles, and even honored by M&T Bank, Jerry has become nothing short of a “Crazy Bills Fan.”
-
Since 2009, Jerry has been renovating used transit busses into Buffalo Bills tailgate busses with full liquor shelves, keg taps, tents, seafood boil equipment, and enough storage to fuel the most legendary gameday tailgates in Orchard Park.
From the War Memorial Stadium days with his father, to being a season ticket holder since 2001, to being a part of the very first seat installation at the New Highmark Stadium in 2025, Jerry has lived and breathed Bills Mafia for decades.
This new 2025 bus, designed in partnership with Streamline Designs and Young + Wright Architectural staff, is dripping with Zubaz flames, custom company branding, and Jerry’s hand-picked quotes such as “STAY HUMBLE, STAY HUNGRY, EAT SEAFOOD” as a nod to his famous seafood boils at tailgates and a fun poke towards rivals such as the Miami Dolphins. With Bills legends and MVP QB Josh Allen lining the bus windows, and callbacks to Jerry’s viral “jersey hole” moment during the first seat install (if you know, you know), this bus is built for fandom, fun, and family.
Staying true to tradition, the bus proudly showcases Coach Sean McDermott’s mantra “Trust the Process.” For Jerry, those words go further than football. It’s the blueprint that he followed from sketching ideas with his architectural staff, to behind-the-scenes implementation with his marketing team, to bring this final Bills Bus to life.
