GAME ON + CURTAIN UP: GRAND ISLAND’S PERFORMANCE SPACES
Young + Wright Architectural collaborated with Grand Island Central School District on a project to address key safety and infrastructure needs across the District’s buildings and facilities.
As part of this Capital Improvement Project, major upgrades were made to athletic facilities, including a new multi-use turf field, dugouts, tennis court improvements, pool upgrades, and a renovated concession building. Additionally, the High School’s main lobby was renovated, with the inclusion of a new security office and the auditorium was improved with new acoustics and stylish aesthetics.
These upgrades have enhanced the student experience and fostered school pride, providing functional and safe spaces for both academics and extracurricular activities.
