HONORING TRADITION + SUPPORTING FUTURE GROWTH

Cassadaga Valley Central School District sought to preserve the character of its historic campuses while investing in modern learning environments that would support students, educators, and the community for generations to come. Backed by more than a decade-long partnership with Young + Wright, this District-wide Capital Improvement Project was driven by priorities identified through the District's Building Condition Survey.

Young + Wright collaborated closely with the District to develop and implement improvements across Sinclairville Elementary School, the Middle / High School, and the bus garage. The project modernized critical infrastructure, reimagined specialty learning spaces, enhanced athletic facilities, introduced the new Sinclairville Elementary playground, and created dedicated art, band, and chorus classrooms at the Middle/High School. Renovations also transformed staff support areas such as faculty rooms and kitchen serving lines into functional, collaborative workspaces that better serve both employees and students.

The completed project successfully balanced historic preservation with forward-thinking design, creating brighter, more efficient, and more engaging educational environments across the District. Today, Cassadaga Valley's campuses reflect the community's pride while providing flexible, student-centered spaces built to support learning for decades to come.
